Adam Smith Reading Group: Cicero's "On Duties" (Part 1)

This semester the Adam Smith Reading Group will read and discuss select works of Cicero, beginning with his De Officiis or "On Duties." For the first meeting, we will read Book 1, which is pages 2-82 of the Walter Miller translation, published recently by Aquila Press (2021).

The group meets in Buchanan Hall D180 on the Fairfax campus from 11:00-12:30 PM.
